The Tuscan Table classes are taught by Lou Bruno.

Lou Bruno, the older of the two brothers, brings 35 years of experience in the food and wine industries
to the Table. In 1977, he founded Bruno Wines and Spirits, Inc., a wholesale wine importing company.
Continuing with his entrepreneurial spirit, in 1996 Lou opened two restaurants. He operated these restaurants as
Chef and General Manager for four years. Lou is also a Commandeur, Vice Consellier Culinaire and member of the Board
of Directors of the prestigious and exclusive13th century Confrerie de la Chaine des Rottisseurs and also a member of the
Odre de Mondial Wine Society.

Currently and for the last twenty-four years, Lou is teaching Wine and Food Classes at the University of Wisconsin, he
has been a Wine Lecturer at other Universities and many organizations over the years. In addition, he became the first wine
writer for the Milwaukee Journal, guest of several radio and TV talk shows and a Chef personality on channel 12 in Milwaukee.
